GOAL
This concept project aims to revolutionize the travel experience by seamlessly integrating it with retail, transforming each stage of the journey into a personalized and engaging adventure. Leveraging AI, we envision an intelligent travel companion that guides users from the moment they dream of a trip to their return home—enhancing planning, shopping, and in-transit experiences with tailored, data-driven support.

These segments are based on current behavior and revenue data and expand to future flows (hotel-only and ecosystem retail), optimizing today’s journeys while de-risking tomorrow’s growth.
Leisure Traveler (Individual)
Goal: Plan an enjoyable trip within budget
Needs: Bundling (flight/seat/baggage + add-ons), transparent pricing, single checkout
Success: Checkout completion, ancillary attach rate
Business Traveler (Corporate/Frequent)
